Privacy notice
Effective September 7, 2026. This notice covers AnswelAI’s demo and pilot inquiry pages.
Information you provide
We collect your name, email, business name, website, optional notes, and callback number when supplied. We also store imported public business text, source URLs, your edits, approval records, and the consent associated with a requested demo call. Do not submit sensitive customer information.
Why we use it
We use this information to prepare and evaluate your demo, respond to your inquiry, verify control of your callback number, prevent abuse, and discuss a pilot you requested. We do not sell inquiry information or use consent to one demo call as permission for recurring automated marketing calls.
Service providers
Our site is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. When connected, Retell processes demo calls, Twilio Verify sends verification texts, and our configured email delivery provider sends inquiry alerts to the AnswelAI team. Only information needed for those functions is sent. Provider terms and operational retention may also apply.
Business search
When business search is available, your search text is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest businesses and addresses. Select and confirm the correct location and website. We do not use a directory phone number as your callback number. Directory suggestions are displayed during your search; the assistant’s business facts come from the website information you review and approve. See Google’s privacy policy.
Calls and recordings
An AI call processes speech and a live transcript to generate responses. Our demo configuration is designed not to retain call audio or transcripts, while basic call metadata and your consent may be retained. Calling remains disabled until the provider configuration is connected and tested. Paid customer deployments require their own agreed call-handling and retention settings.
Cookies and security
An essential, HTTP-only demo-session cookie lets you return to your draft for up to 24 hours. It does not provide access to other visitors’ drafts. Hashed request identifiers and rate counters help limit abuse. Customer and operator accounts have separate access controls. No optional advertising trackers are added by this application.
Retention and your choices
We target a 30-day retention period for unconverted demo and pilot inquiries. Older inquiries are removed during routine cleanup, including new-request processing. Information needed for an agreed paid service or legal obligations may be retained separately under that agreement. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw a pending request. A call already placed cannot be recalled.
